Terms

The cottage is located in Newnham, Northamptonshire.

Weekly bookings will normally run from Saturday to Saturday.

Bookings are from 2.30pm on the day of arrival until 11.00am on the day of departure.

Our holiday prices are fully inclusive. Full central heating, domestic hot water and electricity are all included.

The cottage is fully equipped, including bed linen, table linen, tea towels and towels (one bath towel and hand towel per person on the booking form). However, please bring your own cot or high chair if required.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking or within seven days of making a reservation. No reservation will be treated as confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

The balance is payable in full eight weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a booking is made within eight weeks of the date of arrival, the whole cost must be paid immediately.

Guests are advised to arrange appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.

All properties are pet and smoke free.

We regret due to the age of the cottage it is not suitable for disabled access.

Mobile phone networks other than O2 do not work well in the immediate vicinity, however you can pick up a signal if you stroll down the lane.
